Hi there, I’m Kim.

REALTOR® since 2007.
RE/MAX Hall of Fame recipient.
Former bank manager and mortgage underwriter. I genuinely love what I do.

After almost 20 years, I still get excited opening doors and seeing homes. I notice the details, ask thoughtful questions, and care deeply about helping people make smart decisions they feel good about long after the keys exchange hands.
Clients describe me as honest, strategic, and steady. You’ll get clear information and straightforward advice, never pressure.
Experience matters. So does staying current. I embrace evolving strategies, modern marketing, and new tools to better serve my clients.

The Full Story:

I’ve built my business on relationships, referrals, and long-term connections. That didn’t happen by accident. Before real estate, I spent years in banking and mortgage underwriting. This experience shaped how I work today. I understand financing. I understand how lenders review files. And I understand the importance of discretion. People share a lot during a move: financial details, personal circumstances and future plans.
Trust isn’t a marketing word to me. It’s something that’s earned and protected. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many clients navigate big transitions. Some moves are exciting. Some are emotional. All of them matter.
My job is to bring clarity, strategy, and steady guidance, so you feel confident in your decisions.
